Tracey Meziane Benson
For over 15 years Tracey has been working in the area of events management, training and web management. In the last ten years, Tracey has taught in a broad range of areas including web design, media theory and interactive design in the tertiary and community sectors. More recently, Tracey has specialised in IT project management and change management within the public sector.
In 2001 she completed a Research Master’s degree at the Creative Industries Research and Applications Centre (CIRAC) at Queensland University of Technology, and is currently finalising a PhD at The Australian National University that explores online communities and social networking tools.
Since 2000, Tracey's web site www.byte-time.net has been archived by Pandora, a National Library of Australia project, dedicated to preserving online publications of national significance for future generations.
